About Me
Re’hilah Hamid
I am a Social & Civil Rights Justice Advocate through the lens of Spiritual Wellness, I am certified in the field of Trauma informed Somatic & Therapeutic Breathwork, Womb Therapy, Holistic Career & Life Coach.
The body of work I practice and coach is focusing on the reconnection to the Self, to your natural rhythmic flow, to your true essence. So you can navigate through life’s storms with ease rather than being In state of flux. The beauty of this is that you can start to create from a space of wholeness by acknowledging and embodying your self worth by simply being you! Opposing to valuing yourself by materialist accumulation or status dependency.
The Values We Follow
My ethos is about being compassionate with oneself, giving yourself the love, care and validation you seek/desire from the outside world, by creating a strong stable foundation within, my own personal life challenges helped me to turn inwards. To do the deep work of reconnecting to my own sovereignty and authenticity: to arrive at a place of mental, physical and emotional alignment.
My Story
I have a strong passion for the advocacy of human & civil rights, especially around gender violence and I am a participant/volunteer for UN women’s CWS (Commission of Status of Women) 68 & 69 that advocates for stop of gender violence globally and equality for women in working environments
As well as educating and connecting to ancestral lands, cultures that are still suffering today from colonization, taking into consideration that colonized themselves are in deep suffering.
I work with a number of freelancers and Social Enterprises to deliver 1:1 and group facilitation on a local and global community level -healing, repairing and recovering from within creating a solid foundation.
